View High Sports + Entertainment is a planned large-scale youth sports, elite athlete development, and family entertainment destination in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The facility is designed as an integrated athlete development ecosystem that brings together high-quality training environments, sport-specific instruction, strength and speed development, nutrition and supplementation education, injury prevention, recovery, physical rehabilitation, and complementary wellness resources within a single campus.


The project is intended to address several distinct market needs in the Kansas City region: a shortage of modern, tournament-ready youth sports infrastructure; an acute lack of quality indoor turf training space for soccer and other field sports; and growing demand from clubs, athletes, and families for a comprehensive, year-round development platform. In addition to hosting tournaments and events, View High will support a significant base of recurring club training, weekday practices, athlete development programming, leagues, camps, and sports performance services.


The facility will include both an indoor FIFA-regulation soccer field and an outdoor FIFA-regulation field with a seasonal air-supported dome, expanding winter indoor turf capacity for club training, leagues, and tournaments during the facility’s highest-demand months. This combination of athletic infrastructure, integrated athlete services, and family entertainment uses creates a differentiated experiential real estate platform supported by recurring sports demand, long-term user relationships, and complementary revenue streams.

The concept integrates athletic facilities, performance and recovery services, family entertainment, food and beverage, event space, and spectator amenities in a single destination.

Athletic facilities

Indoor FIFA-regulation soccer field; outdoor FIFA-regulation soccer field; 12 volleyball courts; 8 basketball courts; 5 pickleball courts; batting cages and pitching tunnels.

Athlete training & recovery

7,500 SF speed, agility, and weight training area; sports performance programming; swim training; golf lessons; sports medicine, recovery, and athletic therapy space; nutrition programming.

Entertainment & guest experience

Family entertainment center; arcade, golf simulators, and active play area; private event and party rooms; on-site café, concessions, and lounge; retail and merchandise space; modern digital signage and guest amenities.
